Our Work in the Americas
Improving lives with better multilingual communication

Helping CNN break the news, globally
CNN was the world’s first 24-hour news channel. Today, their dynamic content reaches more than 200 million households and hotels in more than 200 countries. Guildhawk has been providing translation and interpreting services for CNN since 2010.

Medical, media, engineering and retail clients are the primary area of our work in the Americas. Clients are often in regulated industries and have a global audience, thus their content must be translated with 100% precision. These are often documents with information that that protects lives and the environment. They have no room for error or poor translation because in a worse case this would expose them to litigation and adverse publicity. Moreover, their content is often published in real-time and therefore must be translated into many languages quickly.
To guarantee that translated content is always 100% accurate, we work with clients to understand their pain points then research and test many options.
Once we’ve discovered the best solution we work in partnership to introduce new workflows. Because precision and speed are the ultimate goal, we always use linguists with the best qualifications and experience.
See below for some examples of our work.

Trusted to guard global borders
When your business is border security, your partner organisations must command the highest levels of trust. That’s why Guildhawk is proud that ARINC – the USA’s leading provider of transport, communication and security systems for the aviation industry – has chosen us to provide language services since 2004.
