We know that this is a very distressing time for many people and families. Our hearts go out to all those who are suffering and we wish them and all those working so hard to protect us every strength.

As the coronavirus situation evolves, we wanted to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking to protect our clients and colleagues, minimise the impact on health professionals, and maintain our services at this time.

The health of both our clients and our team members located across the globe is our top priority. We are closely following the advice of the World Health Organisation and national governments and introducing a series of measures to minimise the impact to public health.

Our people are following guidance issued by their government and travel is being kept to a minimum with video conferencing replacing face-to-face meetings wherever possible. The majority of our workforce operate from home offices in different locations, which helps reduce contact with other people.

We have also implemented our remote working plans for Head Office staff based in London, Sheffield, Spain and Lithuania.

These are precautionary measures that have been tested in the past and you should not see any disruption to the service you receive from Guildhawk.

We are also asking our teams to keep a special eye on elderly neighbours who may be lonely and more vulnerable to this illness and associated isolation.

Finally, it is vital that everyone understands what they should be doing to limit the spread of coronavirus, so we have translated some basic guidance into several languages. If you have not already received these translations and would find them helpful for your staff, you can download them here.

Wishing you all the very best!
