It is with great pleasure that we announce that the Innovate UK Scaleup Programme has chosen Guildhawk as one of a select group of companies to support on their journey to exponential growth.

At the centre of the service is a team of high-calibre scaleup directors who operate together as a board and provide each of the companies on the programme with a matrix of skills and connectivity.
The scaleup directors will help Guildhawk to structure our business for global growth and commercialise our new software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform – GAI, which stands for “Guildhawk AI.”

Admission onto the Scaleup Programme

In addition to the programme directors, Steve Spark, an expert in SaaS digital transformation, has joined the Guildhawk team this week to help us commercialise the GAI solution. Guildhawk is also offering an opportunity to invest into our business. Presently, we are 100% owned by our founder, Jurga. HMRC has also approved EIS Advance Assurance to support our entry into new markets in SE Asia.
