No hidden use of your data

We do not share our client's data to anyone. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you commission that work or explicitly consent under contract.

We use technology responsibly; all output that go through any technology or AI models are reviewed by subject-matter experts, where bias and fairness are consistently tested.

We implement GDPR and UK Data Protection Act requirements across onboarding, access control, encryption, retention, and disposal - reviewed regularly.

Where data lives
Your data is hosted on secure Microsoft Azure UK servers with resilient, encrypted backups replicated within the EEA. Access is protected by MFA and secure channels.

Who can access it
Access is strictly role-based (least privilege), reviewed regularly, and revoked immediately when people change roles or leave. Privileged accounts are monitored.

How we protect it
Strong encryption for data at rest (AES-128 minimum; AES-256 for sensitive data) and in transit (TLS 1.2+; FIPS 140-2 compliant modules). System logging and monitoring are enabled for critical systems.

How long we keep it for
Retention and disposal follow documented policies for secure handling and cryptographic erasure/wiping prior to reuse or disposal.

Governance

We operate under strict, version-controlled security policies approved by leadership. Every member is trained and acknowledges these policies, and we maintain a compliance register to ensure alignment with all legal and contractual requirements.

People

Security starts with our people. We carry out background checks where appropriate, provide mandatory onboarding and annual refresher training, and enforce clear procedures. When roles change or staff leave, access is revoked immediately and assets are recovered securely.

Tech and operations

Our systems are protected through multi-factor authentication, automated patching, and malware protection. We encrypt backups, monitor networks for anomalies, and keep development, testing, and live environments separate with built-in security checks and regular penetration testing.

Work environment

We secure our office locations and equipment with layered access controls, visitor logging, and clear-desk practices. Company devices are encrypted, and when no longer needed, they are securely wiped or destroyed to prevent any risk of data exposure.
