In 2021, the Walt Disney Company transformed the hotel into an Enchanted Manor that played host to 150 families as part of a unique Disney Wish Experience for children during the pandemic.

When Ukraine was invaded in 2022, the Elvetham wanted to reach out to Ukrainian families forced to leave their homes with offers of employment. The hotel has many rewarding careers from front of house and management to food and beverage, housekeeping and caring for the remarkable gardens and orchard.
