The Challenge
A UK enforcement services provider needed a Welsh version of its statutory Notice of Enforcement. The document is a mail-merge template containing fields that are automatically populated from case data. The Welsh text had to be legally faithful, plain enough for a reader already under financial pressure, and technically identical to the English original so the template still worked.
The Solution
