The Challenge

A global industry association for the mining and metals sector runs an intensive two-day workshop that helps member companies operationalise human rights due diligence across their operations and supply chains. To bring the programme to Spanish-speaking member teams in Latin America, it needed the full training suite localised: two master slide decks totalling close to 170 slides, a participant guide and detailed agenda, exercise handouts and role-play personas. The material combines specialist human rights and due-diligence terminology with facilitation copy that has to sound natural in the room, for audiences ranging from site teams to corporate functions.

The Solution
